Mei-Lin Zhang

Mei-Lin Zhang is a food writer and cookbook author who explores the intersection of Chinese culinary traditions and New England ingredients. A graduate of the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts, Mei-Lin's recipes celebrate fusion without appropriation. Her cookbook "East Meets Massachusetts" won a James Beard Award. She writes a weekly food column for the Boston Globe and hosts cooking workshops at her Somerville studio.
